I got the idea to Indo Board from Noah's Demonition Speech. It looked like a really fun thing to do and it looked like a good thing to improve my balance for golfing and surfing. To learn more about Indo-Boarding, I went to http://indoboard.com/. There, I looked at different techniques and trick/workouts that you can do on the Indo Board.
The last few weeks I have been working on Indo-Boarding. Lately, I have gotten better because I can get up and stay for several minutes. I am helping other people learn how to Indo Board. Noah is also there to help others with learning because I don't know as much as he does about it (because he is the owner of it).
